Debra Swift is the original founder/owner of Swift Audiology and Hearing Aid Service and has been in Practice for over 32 years. She has been providing excellence in Hearing Healthcare in Washington, Fayette, Westmoreland, Greene and Allegheny Counties. Debra is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and has served on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Hearing Healthcare Association as past Treasurer and is currently serving as Secretary. She was awarded the PHHA President’s award for outstanding service and has received the Melvin Jones Fellowship award from the Lions club, for her service in helping those in need of hearing help.
Debra is driven by her passion to offer each Patient an improved quality of life, through better hearing and communication. Continuing education is a normal way of life for Debra and her highly qualified team. This keeps them on top of the latest cutting-edge technologies available in hearing devices, as well as the most current testing and verification equipment.
Above all else, service, ethics and personalized care are what she lives and breathes. Being any other type of Entrepreneur would not be rewarding to Debra Swift. These are the necessary elements in providing the most beneficial hearing healthcare.
Dr. Nicole Schott received her Doctorate in Audiology (2013) and Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology (2009) from West Virginia University. During her time at WVU, she served as the Special Olympics and Service Committee Chair for the Student Academy of Audiology. She was the recipient of the 2013 Outstanding Graduate and William G. Monahan awards for her outstanding scholarship, leadership, and service.
Nicole has gained knowledge in many aspects of audiology while working in private practice, educational, and hospital settings. She has dedicated her career to diagnosing, treating, and managing hearing loss and balance disorders in patients of all ages. She also believes in patient-centered care, service to your community, and professionalism. Above all, she strives to use her experience and training to help individuals and their families.
Dr. Megan Myers received her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University in 2012. She previously received her BS in Communication Disorders from California University of Pennsylvania.
Megan has spent years in several areas of the east coast working with pediatric through geriatric patients in environments ranging from small private practices to large teaching hospitals, including the Pennsylvania VA. She has utilized her audiology skills working at several Special Olympics events providing healthy hearing to each of the athletes.
Tammy Swift is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialists. Tammy is also a Certified Lyric Specialist. She has worked for Swift Audiology since 2011. Tammy truly is committed to the highest level of care for her patients.
She is unique, in that, her compassion for her patients is genuine and the quality of providing excellence in service is of the highest standard.
She is experienced in fitting hearing devices for individuals of all ages and finds even the most challenging cases, to be the most rewarding.
Melisa Zimmerman is the Operations and Marketing Director with Swift Audiology. She has a Ph.D. in Operations and Management and an MBA in marketing. She brings her love of entrepreneurship and coaching to Swift Audiology and is devoted to helping the practice provide the best customer care possible.
Melisa, the niece of founder Debra Swift, is also the second generation of Swift Audiology and is working closely with Debra to ensure the family-owned culture and values will continue well into the future.
